| Workshop on the Satellite Dynamics Toolbox (SDT): A MATLAB /SIMULINK Toolbox for Flexible Multi-Body Systems Modelling|

This 2 hour workshop aims to present the Satellite Dynamics Toolbox (SDT), its MATLAB /SIMULINK library (SDTlib) and the way to use it to model complex mechani- cal multi-body systems composed of flexible sub-structures, on-board angular momemtums, ... in open or closed kinematic chains. The various proposed tutorials address (i) connection of one or several flexible solar pannels on a plateform through a driving mechanisms, (ii) a flexible robotic arm mounted on a chaser and grasping a flexible paylaod, (iii) a cluster of reaction wheels, (iv) the interface with NASTRAN/PATRAN models.
The attendees are advised to have their own laptop computers with MATLAB to run these various tutorials during this workhop.
