Nominations
If you are a Nominator, make sure that you have the following information available:

• Nominee's PIN
• Your own PIN and password (you will be prompted for your password before the nomination is completed).
• Nomination form duly filled out and converted to PDF + any supplemental information, all packaged together into a single PDF file.

Then to submit a nomination:
To invite referees (this is required, without it letters cannot be submitted):

1. Login via ifac.papercept.net
   
2. From the Access page, follow the "Enter" link to access your Nominator workspace
   
3. Under the column "Actions for Nominators" follow the link to "Send support requests and reminders for the nomination"
   
4. Under the table for Mailing List, use "Add" link to select the list of people to request reference forms for the nomination you uploaded
   
5. Click on "Send invitations" to send emails to the list prepared in (4)

Please note that letter writers cannot access the link to upload their Letters of support unless you follow the above steps. Once you have sent them invitations, they can login to their account and will see a link to enter their workspace to submit a letter of support.

Reference form, endorsing the nomination.
If you are submitting a reference form for an existing nomination (you cannot submit a reference form without a nomination in place), please make sure that you have the following information available:

• Your own PIN and password (you will be prompted for your password before the reference form can be uploaded).
• Reference form, endorsing a nomination. It must be a single PDF file.

Once you have logged in, follow the Enter link next to "Contributor of award support letter ...", and then the link to Upload or reupload ...
